How do I receive my voucher?
As soon as your booking is confirmed the voucher appears under Bookings. Show the QR code to your guide — no printing needed.
Can I cancel a tour?
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. The exact policy is listed on every tour page and in your booking details.
Tours
Where will I be picked up?
Group tours pick you up from your hotel lobby in central Tbilisi. For addresses outside the centre we suggest the nearest meeting point.
Do you have Persian-speaking guides?
Yes. Many tours run with English, Russian, Arabic and Persian speaking guides. The languages are listed on each tour.
Points
How do points work?
You earn points on every tour you complete and on reviews and referrals. Spend them on rewards (personal discount codes) or turn them into wallet credit and pay your next tour from the wallet.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they were earned. Your history shows the expiry date of every batch.
Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
Online payment through the enabled gateways, your app wallet, or payment on site for tours that allow it.
What is the wallet for?
Refunds and top-ups land in your wallet and can be used for any tour. It is optional — you can always pay a booking directly.
